Pricing Manager, Finance (Automotive Finishes)

Responsibilities

Lead the market-based pricing solution by driving competencies and strategies with Finance and Marketing partners to deliver results
Analyze results and present findings and opportunities to leadership
Drive adoption and adherence to the businesses market-based pricing solution
Lead the integration of pricing practices for the Division
Continue to develop and implement, both tactical and strategic pricing competencies
Support and train field level personnel on pricing initiatives and policies
Utilize data modeling to support price increase execution and reporting
Maintain working knowledge of facility/store operations and its effect on pricing
Identify opportunities to drive consistency among regions and lead system enhancement projects
Partner with the Pricing Operations team in the continual development of all pricing applications/systems

Required

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
Must have a bachelor's degree or higher
Must have at least six (6) years of experience in analytical and/or strategic functions
Must have at least six (6) years of experience using advanced capabilities of Microsoft Excel

Preferred

Have a Master's degree or higher
Have at least two (2) years of experience in leadership role(s), supervising other, or leading teams
Have experience leading large cross-functional projects concurrently
Have experience in painting or coating industry, especially within Business Units format
Have experience with longer-term initiative planning
Have experience of at least beginner level with statistical knowledge
Have experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) pricing modules (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Have prior work experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Have experience with CPQ (Configure Price Quote) software (Salesforce.com, etc.)
Have Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) software (e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Qlik, Power BI, Business Objects, etc.)
Have experience with pricing optimization software (e.g. Zilliant, Pricefx, Vendavo, PROS, etc.)
Have experience with rebate optimization software (e.g. Vistex, Enable, etc.)
Have experience with AI (Artificial Intelligence) or ML (Machine Learning)
Have experience with process or project management; preferably with certifications (e.g. PMI PMP/CAPM, GAQM APM, Agile, etc.)
