STEPS Clinical Research Analyst
The University of Kentucky is seeking a STEPS Clinical Research Analyst to support a busy clinical research operation funded by The National Institute on Drug Abuse. The role involves performing various aspects of the research process, including subject interviews, coordinating research studies, and assisting with data analysis for publication.
Education
Responsibilities
Telephone screening
Assisting with subject interviews
Conducting daily research sessions
Assisting with coordinating research studies
Recruiting research subjects
Assisting with data analysis for scientific publication
Assisting with various tasks for the daily research operation as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Professional and responsible demeanor
Good oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Teamwork-oriented
Excellent work ethic
Dependable
Knowledge of clinical research and regulations of conducting Human Research Protocols
Experience with interviewing research subjects
Experience with conducting daily research sessions
Experience assisting in coordinating research studies
Experience recruiting research subjects
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Research with Human Subjects is desired plus two years of experience
Experience in working with drug abuse and addiction
