The Project Manager will be responsible for managing architectural millwork projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and driving operational excellence.
Construction
Responsibilities
Manage architectural millwork projects including production, delivery, and installation activities
Serve as a point of contact for general contractors, architects, sales, and production teams
Manage project timelines and communicate back to production and operations teams
Track open items, shop drawings, field measurements, change orders, request dates etc
Perform site visits and measure as required
Manage punch list, warranty request, and communicate with customer, production, and operations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, IMOS, Buildertrend and Procore softwares'
Knowledgeable in AWI, OSHA, LEED standards
Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, architects, designers, and colleagues
Highly organized with strong attention to details, multi-tasking is a must
Prior Project Management experience required
Working knowledge of construction and woodworking industry
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work and communicate well with others
Computer literate
Proficient in Google Suites, Microsoft Word, and Excel
