Responsibilities

Oversee/coach/hire for the three branches teller operations

Oversee daily operations of the market, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance

Develop three asst. branch managers who are trained in deposit ops, cross-selling, consumer lending, and coaching of tellers

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationship management and improve service delivery

Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve financial targets through effective sales management

Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including cash management and debits & credits

Conduct training sessions on fraud prevention and detection, as well as compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act

Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration while promoting professional development among team members
