Business Development Manager
Gainor Staffing is a leading global law firm seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives. The role involves executing business development strategies, supporting client development, and managing marketing materials.
Responsibilities
Execute business development strategies for multiple practice groups
Support priority client development through targeting, planning, and relationship growth
Lead pitches and RFPs, including strategy development and outcome tracking
Manage practice marketing materials, including deal lists and experience content
Partner with internal teams on visibility initiatives, rankings, and thought leadership
Plan and oversee client events, seminars, and targeted marketing efforts
Qualification
Required
A business development professional with a university degree and 5–7 years of experience in professional services; legal experience a major plus!
At least 2 years of people management experience preferred
Confident working with partners and senior leadership
A strong writer with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, client-facing content
Experienced in strategic business development planning and pitch development
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Able to work outside normal business hours and travel occasionally
