The role involves creating an exceptional buying experience while driving home sales through prospecting, relationship building, and effective communication with homebuyers.

Recruiting, motivating, and building long-term relationships with prospective homebuyers through prospecting, broker outreach, qualified referrals, lead cultivation, and participation in marketing and promotional events

Greeting visitors at model homes, capturing registration information, identifying buyers’ wants and needs, assessing interest levels, conducting model tours, and explaining home features and community amenities

Positively influencing buyers’ decision-making by clearly communicating product value and tailoring solutions based on a thorough needs analysis

Maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects and highlighting product and builder advantages

Building strong rapport with homeowners by communicating construction progress and addressing concerns as they arise

Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending weekly sales meetings, participating in ongoing training, and staying current with industry best practices and sales publications
