Assessing and meeting the needs of patients and families

Ensuring all pertinent patient information is shared amongst team members

Regularly assessing the practice for compliance within various programs

Offering suggestions to improve workflows

Making certain the patients gaps in care are being appropriately addressed

Qualification

Medical Assistant CertificationLPN LicenseQuality MonitoringPatient CareWorkflow Improvement

Required

HS Diploma or GED plus technical schooling

Medical Assistant Certification required; LPN License will be considered

Preferred

Prior experience monitoring the quality of patient care preferred
