Company 3 is a creative services company that provides a full range of services for content creators. They are seeking a VFX Coordinator who will work with VFX Supervisors and Producers to track shot progress, coordinate reviews, and manage deliverables.

Responsibilities

The Coordinator will coordinate and log Dailies, coordinates with other departments to efficiently allocate resources across projects, and liaises between artists, producers, and supervisors

They will reflect status changes and shot progress throughout project duration and support the production management team with ad hoc projects/tasks

Manages deliverables directly with internal Editorial Team

Manages all Outsourcing to external vendors

Captures client feedback during review sessions

Required

Strong organizational and project management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Strong knowledge of project management software including Word and Excel

Prior working experience with production tracking software (preferably Shotgrid)

Capable of working as a part of a team and independently

High level of initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality

General understanding of post-production process and work created in software used for Compositing, 3D Modeling, Animation, and VFX

Expertise in maintaining positive customer relationships through written communication with external clients

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
