Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Customer Projects: Drive initiatives that improve customer experience, such as order optimization, inventory accuracy, and digital connectivity to improve OTIF and Instock metrics

Enhance Customer Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between customer experience supply chain teams and internal stakeholders on critical projects

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer and internal data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend actionable improvements

Digital Transformation: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement digital tools (Power BI, SAP, automation) that improve visibility and performance

Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute projects that reduce complexity, improve fill rates, and on time

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, and external customer teams to deliver joint business goals
