Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable C++ applications and algorithms
Analyze and optimize system performance, including memory management and execution efficiency
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system issues
Enhance and upgrade existing applications while maintaining high code quality standards
Collaborate with engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to meet project requirements
Write and execute unit tests to ensure software reliability and quality
Integrate software components and support end-to-end system functionality
Follow best practices for coding, documentation, and version control
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on C++ development experience
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and optimization
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and software quality practices
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience working on large-scale or mission-critical systems
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or enterprise systems is a plus
