Responsibilities
Execute the solution designs for agents created by using Copilot Studio, AI prompts, Azure AI Foundry, and working knowledge of multiple language models to create intelligent solutions
Implement Copilot Governance
Understanding of Change Management and best practices for deploying M365 Copilot
Expertise in developing solutions that use AI, including generative AI and various AI services tailored to meet business objectives
Skills in developing multi-agent orchestrated solutions
Execute the solution designs for Power Platform solutions, such as Power Apps, and Power Automate
Expertise in working with open standards and protocols, including Agent2Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Understanding of Agent 365, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Purview
Work with the Product Owner and/or Business Analysts to understand functional requirements in strategic and operational use cases
Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate solution designs
Active participation in stakeholder education, discovery, planning, and design sessions
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels
Developing data conversion and testing strategies
Plan and perform client demos
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including ethical considerations, is expected
Up to 20% travel possible
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience creating business applications
Ability to work independently and be self-driven with minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field
Active Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-600, AB-900, AB-730, AB-731, AB-100, etc.)
Experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Foundry
Understanding of SharePoint
Knowledge of full SDLC, Agile development methodologies, and application development life cycle
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell
Experience using Visual Studio, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other source control management tool
Azure development fundamentals
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including ethical considerations, is expected
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus
