Responsibilities
Manage family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and related litigation
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Develop legal strategies and case plans from start to finish
Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients
Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management
Qualification
Required
2 Years of experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience in managing family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and related litigation
Ability to represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings
Skill in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Capability to develop legal strategies and case plans from start to finish
Ability to maintain consistent, professional communication with clients
Experience in collaborating with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management
