Responsibilities

Partner with the Managing Director and Business Development Director to shape AMI’s tradeshow strategy including show selection, budget, goals, and KPIs
Lead full-cycle planning and execution of AMI’s tradeshow, conference, and field-event presence
Manage booth logistics, event preparation, assets, signage, tchotchkes, gifts, and collateral
Represent AMI onsite; serve as brand ambassador to engage prospects and partners
Coordinate pre-event, in-event, and post–event communication flows with Business Development
Lead post-event follow up processes and support BD in converting event activity into opportunities
Track event performance, marketing-influenced pipeline, and cost-to-impact measures to refine strategy
Build and execute campaigns tied to AMI’s ideal customer profile and priority target accounts including pharma, biotech, healthcare, and Fortune 1000 accounts
Produce content including emails, messaging, event copy, and social nurture follow-up
Provide compelling collateral, presentations, and proposals to support sales cycles
Support pre-event, in-event, and post-event communication flows to elevate engagement and pipeline creation
Own HubSpot to manage lists, campaigns, and reporting
Enhance AMI’s presence through sponsorships, associations, and relevant field partnerships
Support speaking submissions, panel visibility, and event activations that elevate AMI’s brand
Ensure consistent application of AMI brand guidelines across assets and marketing materials
Oversee marketing vendors, freelancers, and agencies to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
Support internal communications, client campaigns, all company presentations, and executive visibility
Support the development and execution of major company presentations (live and virtual), coordinating marketing content, branding, and logistics
Provide regular executive updates on marketing strategy, campaigns, and results
Perform other related duties as assigned
Tradeshow and/or client visits are required
Travel required for management meetings (minimum quarterly), tradeshows, and client visits

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent area of study or experience)
5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation or event marketing
Strong B2B experience
Demonstrated ability to manage tradeshows, events, and field programs
Confident and polished presence at conferences and industry gatherings
Ability to write clear, concise marketing content; comfortable working with creative resources
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
Strong organizational skills; able to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with Sales, Creative, and Operations Teams

Preferred

professional or higher qualification in Marketing
background in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or corporate events
