Responsibilities
Manage litigation files from start to finish
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategy
Appear in court and before administrative bodies when necessary
Qualification
Required
4 – 7+ years of litigation experience
Licensed to practice law in State of Kentucky
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage complex matters with minimal supervision
Preferred
Commercial litigation strongly preferred
