The Administrative Support position serves as the welcoming face and voice of the Corporate Office, performing various administrative duties and assisting with front desk operations and coordination of meetings.

Responsibilities

Maintains a safe, professional and efficient business environment by greeting and screening Mission Partners and visitors / callers
Ascertains visitor / caller needs and refers to appropriate personnel, responding to inquiries concerning general activities and operations of OSF HealthCare
Performs administrative duties including meeting room scheduling, coordination of front desk coverage, Bereavement Bible process, and assists Human Resources department with weekly and monthly mailings and other projects / events as requested
Assists Executive Assistant(s) with Catering for Executive meetings and provides support to Executive Assistants as requested

Qualification

Customer service experienceMicrosoft email proficiencyMicrosoft Office proficiencyAnalytical skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsDetail oriented

Required

High School/GED
Minimum of 1 year related work experience, specifically customer service and general clerical duties
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

Preferred

Completion of some college level coursework
1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Proficient with Microsoft email and calendaring systems
Basic ability in Microsoft Office functions of Word and Excel
Proven interpersonal and communication skills in previous work
