Responsibilities
Support the project team with daily execution of concrete construction projects
Work onsite alongside Superintendents, Project Managers, and field crews
Assist with RFIs, submittals, drawings, and document control
Track schedules, quantities, and production with the field team
Support cost tracking, change orders, and project reporting
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and with high quality
Travel to projects nationwide as needed (first assignment in Texas)
Qualification
Required
1–4+ years of experience in construction as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Assistant PM, or similar
Concrete, structural, heavy civil, or self-perform experience is a strong plus
Willingness and excitement to travel and work onsite across the U.S
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Curious, proactive learner who wants to understand how projects really work
Comfortable in the field and in the trailer — able to communicate with both crews and clients
Motivated to grow into a Project Manager or operations leadership role
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
