Otterbein Staffing Agency is looking for caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join their team. The role involves supporting nurses in resident care, providing assistance with daily tasks, and ensuring that residents feel comfortable and independent.

Responsibilities

Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care

Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse

Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives

Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation

Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned

Qualification

Certified Nursing AssistantCNA/STNA certificationDirect care experienceCompassionate careTeam collaboration

Required

Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program

Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required from the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry

At least 6 months of direct care CNA/STNA experience
