Senior Accountant
Netlist Inc. is a leading provider of high-performance modular memory subsystems and next-generation storage-class memory solutions. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to support their finance and accounting team, focusing on month-end processes, reconciliations, and internal controls while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities
Perform daily cash reconciliation for management’s visibility of cash flow
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and monthly account reconciliations
Support all Accounts Payable operations — including credit card payments, coding, approvals, posting, and payments
Assist in developing and maintaining appropriate internal controls over all aspects of accounting transaction processing and reporting
Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requests, and aid in the research and analysis of audit issues raised
Assist in the daily accounting activities of accounting and financial operations
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Maintain audit-ready documentation for all assigned areas
Record accounting GL transactions on corporate books for accounts including cash, rebate accrual, commission accrual, allocation, and cost reclass
Perform monthly reconciliations for the above GL accounts and others as needed
Assist with AP and AR as well as other treasury tasks as needed
Assist in financial analysis including flux, revenue, cost, legal and gross margin, etc as needed
Assist with system implementations of new finance / accounting programs as needed
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
3+ years of accounting experience or big four experience
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Solid understanding of GAAP and SOX
Abundant experience of handling JEs, reconciliations, cash reconciliation, and financial analysis before
Take ownership of corporate accounting and financial analysis with growth potential to manage multiple projects at the same time
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and multi-task by deadline in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPA firm experience or CPA license will add value though not required
Prior knowledge about Sage Intacct will be helpful
Experience in semi-conductor or technology industry preferred
