They are seeking a Field Capacity Administrative Manager to provide operational support for network growth and service capacity expansion, collaborating with Service Capacity Managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Assist Service Capacity Managers with Letters of Consent (LOC), Letters of Understanding (LOU), and project tracking
Maintain continuity by managing legacy LOCs and LOUs
Prepare and manage capacity-related document flows using Docusign
Partner with Ford Office of General Counsel (OGC) to create agreements
Process Service Expansion Funding requests
Track and update project milestones, including: Checklist 1 & Checklist 2, LOU, Bay Counts, Funding status
Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates to support network growth initiatives

Qualification

Document management systemsOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsLegal agreements familiarityCollaboration skills

Required

Strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience with document management systems (e.g., Docusign)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Familiarity with legal agreements and corporate processes is a plus
