Provide onsite and remote end-user IT support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
Support employees locally and globally
Maintain IT support documentation and procedures
Serve as primary IT point of contact for a newly integrated team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in corporate IT / end-user support
Strong hands-on support for MacOS and Windows environments
Experience with Google Workspace
Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
Preferred
Exposure to Okta and Workspace ONE
