Responsibilities
Take ownership of internal development work that integrates or extends vendor software used in post-trade equity back-office processes
Ensure high-quality deliverables by following established best practices in development and testing
Maintain and enhance technical documentation to support ongoing development and system understanding
Manage the preparation, delivery, and tracking of platform releases, coordinating closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth rollouts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a closely related discipline
Solid background in designing and building software applications
Develop and maintain internal tools and solutions supporting equity back-office operations
Hands-on experience working with .NET and C# to build and enhance equity-focused systems
Strong understanding of software development across various operating systems and platforms
5–9 years of professional experience in application development
Familiarity with U.S. broker-dealer platforms such as Broadridge Shadow, BPS, IMPACT, or FIS Phase 3
Ability to handle multiple initiatives at once and deliver on tight timelines
