Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports while monitoring asset allocations and investment mix
Investment Analysis: Perform due diligence on mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, and hedge funds to support investment recommendations
Client Advisory Support: Develop client meeting materials, assist with estate and wealth transfer strategies, and ensure exceptional client service
Tax & Compliance: Prepare quarterly tax projections and client income tax returns (Forms 1040, etc.) while ensuring regulatory compliance
Transaction Management: Execute client money movements, trades, and transactions accurately and efficiently

Required

Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required
Series 65 license required
Completed or pursuing CFP, CFA, CPA, EA, or similar professional designation
2-4 years of experience in a registered investment advisory (RIA) or wealth management environment, focusing on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of financial planning platforms such as Tamarac, eMoney, Zephyr, or Portfolio Center
Familiarity with Schwab and Fidelity custodial systems, market dynamics, asset allocation principles, and estate and tax planning concepts
Detail-oriented and client-focused professional with strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
