Responsibilities

Prepares documents to ship products such as shipping/box labels
Monitors system reporting to ensure dashboards are current, investigating and resolving issues
Research and resolve issues to prevent shipments, packages and materials authorizations errors from moving through to the shipment department
Verify material movement transactions to database systems
As a SME, train and/or cross train associates as needed
Participate in continuous improvement and team building activities
Ensure department documentation is accurate and up to date and partners with Engineering regarding any changes
Generate internal reports as requested by the department leadership
Conducts other duties as assigned

Required

Must have HS Diploma or GED
Minimum experience of 2 years
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
Proficient in all process related procedures and equipment required for performing job functions of the Department
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient with the use of personal computer, enter data, MS Office, Internet Research, Oracle, and SQL
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of company personnel

Preferred

3+ years of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
