Responsibilities
Reconcile landlord accounts, verify payments/billings, and correct errors in JDE system
Review contracts/legal documents and ensure billing aligns with terms
Communicate with landlords/internal teams regarding reconciliations and corrections
Maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and support monthly financial processes
Work on special accounts/projects as needed
Qualification
Required
1–2 years accounting experience, preferably in fast-paced, detail-oriented roles
Excel advanced skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, reporting)
Ability to interpret contracts/legal documents
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Experience with JDE and FAS13 a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
