Own the full sales cycle for e-commerce and retail clients from outreach to close

Educate retailers on how Voice AI improves response times, enhances customer experience, and reduces operational costs

Leverage your industry knowledge to consult on common pain points in order management, returns, shipping, and customer support

Build and manage a strong pipeline using outbound and inbound strategies

Collaborate with product and marketing to tailor positioning for e-commerce platforms and retail chains
