Responsibilities
Personally source, run, and close deals by owning outbound prospecting, enterprise sales cycles, and contract execution
Develop and execute the business development strategy to accelerate ARR growth
Identify and pursue new markets, enterprise opportunities, and strategic partnerships (technology integrations, channel partners, etc.)
Build and manage a high-performing BD team with clear KPIs and pipeline goals
Work cross-functionally with Product, Client Services and Marketing to align on GTM, product-market fit, and partner enablement
Lead deal negotiations, contract structuring, and partner onboarding
Represent the company at industry events and with key external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Healthcare Tech and SaaS business development, partnerships, or GTM leadership
Demonstrated success closing complex SaaS deals and building partner ecosystems (Top 1% talent)
Data driven - Strong understanding of Funnel metrics and SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
