Customer Support Specialist
Ultimate Staffing is a company transforming the irrigation and landscaping industry with cutting-edge technology. They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for innovative irrigation systems.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and guide customers through installation and setup
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce) and ensure timely follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate priority cases
Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend process improvements
Assist with training new team members and complete quarterly projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
Strong technical aptitude; proficient in MS Office, Zoom, and CRM tools
Excellent phone etiquette, clear communication, and empathetic approach
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience in irrigation, landscaping, turf management, or related industries
DIY or hands-on skills (gardening, home projects)
