Develop creative solutions for real business challenges

Qualification
Required
Open to 1-3 years of relevant experience or recent graduate or those in the final year of a master's in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related program, or holders of equivalent academic certifications
Skilled in gathering, processing, and conducting statistical analysis on extensive datasets, transforming data into actionable insights
Experience in extracting, scrutinizing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives
Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship
You have excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
You possess a high level of customer focus and service excellence as you seek practical solutions
You have strong collaboration skills with internal and external customers and cross-functional teams
You have superb communication skills, a 'can do' attitude and are able to collaborate with others in a global environment
You possess effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments
You are process-oriented with a drive to simplify and improve processes
