Responsibilities

Examine protocol materials, warrants, and other legal work product and filings specific to each matter

Coordinate and consult with DOJ Trial Attorneys to develop and follow-through with filter review plan

Work closely with Fraud Section Special Matters Unit attorneys to ensure potentially privileged documents are properly quarantined from the investigation and prosecution teams

Lead teams of reviewers conducting filter reviews

Communicate key issues and notable documents with team

Plan and perform quality control review as needed

Serve as team lead on assigned cases and assist with drafting release memos as needed

Required

Law Degree

3-5 years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects

Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and legal research resources (including Westlaw and Lexis)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures, resources, and databases

Advanced experience using Relativity administrative functions

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOJ MBI clearance

Preferred

Familiarity and hands-on experience with both Cellebrite and Magnet Axiom highly preferred

Foreign language fluency desired

Leadership experience in small team environments preferred

Ideal candidate will possess qualities such as self-awareness, drive to take initiative, and will demonstrate a client-oriented approach
