The Order Fulfillment Specialist will support order placement and fulfillment activities for multiple consumer packaged goods brands, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
Nutrition
Responsibilities
Domestic and international sales order entry/creation, changes/modification, logging and updates
Customer Purchase order coordination with customers and internal sales team
Customer/Vendor compliance program logging and disputing
Daily coordination with the warehouse and logistics team
Operations process improvement initiatives
Collaborate on new sales opportunities and order fulfillment solutions
Assist in developing and then owning a new customer compliance program
Qualification
Required
Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
People oriented nature resulting in a drive to help others; resulting in strong customer service and responsiveness
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to tailor a message for the recipient
Strong dedication to the job, ownership of role and team performance
Strong attention to detail with good follow through to ensure job completion and accuracy
Good organizational skills, ability and willingness to help solve complex supply scenarios
Ability to schedule, plan and lead weekly meetings to keep internal stakeholders aligned
Ability to work within a team, cross training and backing up team members on work outside of the defined role
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred, no mandatory discipline
Walmart or other retail order fulfilment and coordination experience a plus
Netsuite ERP experience a plus
