Responsibilities
Drive new business by engaging hedge funds and introducing a transformative treasury management solution
Build and nurture relationships through high-touch, consultative interactions- think coffee meetings, networking, and strategic conversations
Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your knowledge of financing mechanics to educate clients and create value
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
Take ownership of your pipeline and revenue goals in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in hedge fund financing or prime brokerage (10+ years), ideally at SVP/Director level or above
Strong grasp of financing structures- swaps, securities lending, margin, capital usage, and related concepts
Established relationships within the hedge fund community; ability to open doors quickly
Energetic, proactive, and motivated to build something big
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
