They are seeking a driven Multi-Sport Sales Manager with a passion for Volleyball to establish strong relationships with youth volleyball clubs and corporate partners while executing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute effective contact strategies (including cold calling)

Prospect youth club organizations and corporate partners and offer solutions to fit their team needs

Provide unmatched customer service by establishing solid relationships with decision makers and closing sales through effective marketing of our products and services using persuasive selling techniques and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to track all sales leads and maintain sales reports

Knowledge of the trends in the team sports market and ability to forecast and prospect new opportunities

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company personnel, support departments and brands that we represent

Travel to key industry and partner events

Qualification

Required

Extensive team sports knowledge (ideally those who are actively involved or who have played or managed sports at a high level). Particular knowledge of volleyball a plus

3+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in the sport industry

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in fast pace, results driven environment with a focus on fostering long term customer relationships

Ability to build and deliver quality presentations

Valid Driver's License
