Responsibilities
Upkeep, sanitize, and detail buses and support vehicles to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for riders and staff
Perform general building and grounds upkeep, including custodial tasks and minor repairs, ensuring facilities are clean, orderly, and operating safely
Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks (e.g., tire swaps) under training and supervision of the Maintenance Manager
Support the operations team with miscellaneous responsibilities as they arise, including moving equipment, organizing workspaces, and assisting with special projects
Additional duties will be discussed during the interview and may evolve based on operational needs
Qualification
Required
Hold a valid driver's license
Successful completion of a drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle records check is mandatory for employment
Able to pass a pre-employment physical
Pass a drug screening and background check: no felonies, clean MVR, no DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions, and no more than 2 speeding tickets
At least 21 years old
Able to interview in person at the Sarasota office
Preferred
Dynamic; willing to wear multiple hats and work on projects of all types
