Community Fiber Lead

The Community Fiber Lead is responsible for developing and leading partnership alliances to create new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while optimizing partner performance.

Responsibilities
Identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities
Recruits, develops and leads strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines and ensures the retention, growth and customer loyalty of accounts
Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships
Maintains strong relationships with existing wholesale customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer loyalty
Works closely with sales, product, finance, legal, and network operations to optimize partner performance and resolve issues
Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management
Works toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance
Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships
Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance
Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of demonstrated ability in the broadband, telecommunications, or technology sector, with a consistent track record in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or business development
Demonstrated success in leading and growing a book of business
Experience leading high-value ISP or wholesale broadband partners, developing long-term relationships, and executing complex contracts
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), data analytics, and reporting for tracking sales performance and optimizing partnerships
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling business cases and influence key stakeholders
