Responsibilities
Provide legal, regulatory, and healthcare advice in support of the preparation, launch and commercialization of argenx’s in-line and future products and indications
Serve as a trusted business partner and problem-solver on a wide range of legal and compliance matters
Be a key member of the global legal, compliance, and IP team
Qualification
Required
Hold a J.D
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or a law firm
Focused expertise in the areas of commercial healthcare and regulatory law related to the development and commercialization of biopharmaceutical products
Admission to at least one state bar in the United States
Preferred
Experience working in both a law firm and a commercial-stage biotech/pharmaceutical company
