Support customers by preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to provide timely responses and maintain positive relationships
Learn and navigate our ERP and CRM systems to ensure smooth daily operations
Accurately operate the ERP system to prepare quotes, process orders, and manage data flow
Collaborate with vendors, logistics, and colleagues to resolve routine order or delivery issues and to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records and provide responsive, reliable service
Qualification
Required
Strong desire and ability to learn new processes quickly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
