Plan and direct recruitment and selection for professional, technical, and administrative positions

Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet agency staffing needs

Oversee personnel actions and ensure accurate processing in HR systems

Supervise staff, set goals, and provide feedback to support performance

Required

Completion of graduate core program in human resources, business or public administration

Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration

36 months' experience in human resources management or administration which included 18 months' experience in supervisory and/or managerial principles & techniques

12 months' experience as Human Capital Management Manager, 64615

Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements

Skills in recruiting, performance management, and conflict resolution

Ability to lead others, make decisions, and maintain confidentiality
