Required

High school diploma plus B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Automation Technology Engineering or 5 years field experience installing security systems or as Field Technician

Working knowledge of Access Control, VMS, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, and other physical security systems

Fluent in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, CRM software, Acrobat, Gmail

Excellent verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette

Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills

Ability to learn quickly and retain information

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively multi-task, and adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities and work under pressure

Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
