Responsibilities

See, surface and help solve material coverage issues impacting Defense & Systems programs
Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs and optimize inventory and process improvements
Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy
Understands manufacturing processes and how to problem solve in those environments
Use judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Will lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
Explain information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field
Convey performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing, material planning or related supply chain experience) + a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, material planning or related supply chain experience
