Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
Empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Average 26 billable hours per week
Have an opportunity to earn more by increasing your billable hours
Advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV
Full control over when and where you supervise your cases
Focus on clinical care while the dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing

Qualification

BCBA CertificationMaster's degree in human servicesTransdisciplinary approachCompassionCollaboration skills

Required

Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
