Information Technology Support Technician
Responsibilities
IT support; install, upgrade, and monitor software and hardware
Responsible for the operations and maintenance of systems that fall under the Enterprise Infrastructure Team
Designs, configures, and tests computer hardware, networking software and operating system software
Lead projects for new hardware/software deployments and implementations
Diagnoses hardware and software problems and replace defective components
Break/Fix
Imaging computers and deploying software
Supporting meetings
Taking backups
Monitoring local server
Working with vendors on additional support
Vendor tracking/management
Qualification
Required
2-5 years' experience in desktop or IT support experience in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and repair
Knowledgeable with label printers and scanners
Network support and troubleshooting
Experience with trouble ticket tracking and resolution
Excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills
Wiling to wear steel-toed shoes/boots
Preferred
Experience running/developing reports in Power BI or QAD, a plus
