QA Contact Center & IVR

NexCen Global Inc is looking for an experienced Contact Center QA Consultant to join their expanding team. This role involves managing all aspects of testing within contact center solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Expertise in IVR testing, contact center testing
Good knowledge of cloud-based contact center platforms
Hands on experience with Agile methodology and Agile Tools like Jira
Identify test requirements from specifications. Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases
Assist with the execution of advanced tests per the established plans and scripts, documents problems in an issue log, and retests software corrections to ensure problems are resolved
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables ensures the ability to find the defects quickly
Communicate and interact effectively with appropriate stakeholders on problems, changes, and enhancement

Required

Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science or similar area of study
Total 2 to 12 years of experience of IVR testing, Cyara Automation, Contact Center testing, and Amazon Connect testing
Excellent interpretation and articulation, Speed and Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Excellent communication skills
Expertise in IVR testing, contact center testing
Good knowledge of cloud-based contact center platforms
Hands on experience with Agile methodology and Agile Tools like Jira
