Tapestry is Alphabet’s moonshot for the electric grid, aiming to provide clarity in energy management through advanced AI-enabled tools. The Partnerships Program Manager will support a multidisciplinary team in developing a new platform, managing relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring successful collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the key relationship manager for an assigned book of business ( existing collaboration agreements). Drive the team to maximize the value of these partnerships and ensure our collaborators are meeting their goals as well

Provide strategic and operational support for Partnerships Org including project management trackers, milestone goals, scheduling meetings with partners, setting agenda for external meetings, sharing action-items and helping to create meeting materials

Help organize key partner interactions such as partner visits, field trips, fireside chats with executives, and lunch and learns

Provide insights back to our product and engineering teams of both feedback and pain points we are hearing from energy industry stakeholders that you are working directly with

Collaborate with our cross-functional teams in Partnerships, Business Development, Finance & Accounting, Power Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers

Required

5+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g., business development, consulting, program management, customer success, partner management, etc.)

Experience interfacing with clients and running client meetings

Ability to travel +/- 15% of the time

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for detailed documentation of the project and progress

Team player and creative thinker who is able to lead teams including engineering, business development, operations, and other cross functional groups, and vendors

Comfort with complex software, technology and power systems topics

Desire to work in energy, sustainability or tackling climate change

You enjoy working in a complex, fast-paced environment and you have an entrepreneurial curiosity with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
