Responsibilities
Learning and processing all telephone provisioning in the IT services department
Responsible for all requests from the field for dealers and company owned entities (U-Haul centers, repair shops, MCOs, and the UHI-Towers)
Orders ranging from new phone number assignments, reprogramming of RCF/VoIP phone lines, moving phone lines, repair, and simple billing inquiries
Work requests are received either through an automated feed into our Telesoft system by work orders, or they are received by phone call, email, or system Ivanti tickets
Work on any assigned special projects and tasks by leadership
