Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent (UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, developers, and more)
Leverage various technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and a great candidate
Manage multiple searches at once and own the full recruiting lifecycle
Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships
Consistently attend industry networking events
Hit activity and performance metrics in a high-output environment
Qualification
Required
Relentless work ethic and competitive mindset
Comfort with cold outreach and rejection
Strong communication and organization skills
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Marketing/creative knowledge a huge plus — not required
