Rowan Digital Infrastructure is redefining how data centers are delivered, and they are seeking a Contracts Manager to support their legal team. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements while collaborating with business teams to resolve complex legal and commercial issues.

Responsibilities

Review, draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including agreements for engineering, construction, procurement, facility operations, and utility infrastructure and services
Develop and manage contract review processes to improve efficiency
Develop and continuously improve standard contract templates
Provide practical advice to business teams on negotiations, vendor relations and contract terms
Coordinate with other members of the Legal team and outside counsel on complex deals

Required

BA degree or equivalent
5+ years of contracts management, paralegal or comparable experience within a law firm or in-house legal department
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively across departments and with outside counsel
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
