Responsibilities

Support sales representatives by providing them with the tools and information they require to properly service existing accounts

Build strong client relationships to maintain existing accounts and acquire new customers

Develop and grow the territory with new customers based on research, leads from our website, referrals, and market research

Process account needs including discrepancies, damages, product questions, sales and marketing material requests etc

Implement and administer unique pricing and distribution terms for each customer

Manage daily communication with customers regarding order placements, order status updates, order tracking, and damage claims

Process sales orders and coordinate with manufacturing and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery

Represent Voluspa at tradeshows when needed

Work across departments, developing strong teamwork to delight our customers

Present new company launches to accounts and sales representatives
