Responsibilities
Configure payment platform features
Communicate API contract information to customers and assist them with understanding our API structure
Produce the following artifacts as needed
Functional Requirements
Use Cases
Process Flows
Integration Diagrams
Extract requirements from customers by coordinating and running face-to-face and web-conferencing interviews
Document requirements, nuances, and solution to be implemented
Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Work independently with stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, solicit feedback, and obtain approval for specifications
Work in tandem with the project manager to coordinate deliverables and communicate updates
Work with developers and QA to understand and coordinate technical requirements and design
Complete high-level testing to ensure solution is functioning per requirements
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the United States
Qualification
Required
Customer-facing experience is required
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to identify and map the solution to meet our customers' business requirements
Excellent verbal and written, communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts
Abstract thinking, critical thinking, & problem-solving capabilities
Ability to influence, compromise, and negotiate to solve true customer needs
Detail oriented
Excellent project prioritizing skills
Self-learning, motivated, focused
The ability to quickly learn new concepts and products
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is required
4+ years of recent experience in a SaaS environment is required
Experience gathering, creating and managing requirements is required
Experience building UI mockups & wire framing mockups is required
Experience working on third party integrations, REST APIs
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the United States
