Responsibilities

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards. Support efforts to integrate data seamlessly between our internal systems including PowerBI, Salesforce, and Excel, improving efficiency in data handling and analysis

Work closely with the strategy and optimization team to develop and refine analytical approaches that support the company’s strategic goals. Conduct scenario analysis to forecast outcomes of different strategic options, providing critical insights for decision-making

Work with the business to break down complex processes, highlight pain points and work together with cross functional teams to implement solutions

Serve as a subject matter expert in process mapping, excel & PBI offering training and support to team members to elevate the organization’s overall analytical capability

Develop insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements using business strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or related field

Proven experience (5+ years) in Business analyst, Technical Analyst, or related roles, with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results

Proven expertise in Excel, including operational metrics tracking and financial modeling

Demonstrated ability to transform complex data sets into strategic insights and actionable recommendations

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy

Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across departments
