Sales Development Representative
Camber is a company focused on improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare through innovative software solutions. The Sales Development Representative will generate interest in the platform by reaching out to potential clients, booking demos, and building relationships to support the growth of the Camber community.

Responsibilities
Outreach: Making a high volume of calls (over 500 per week) to engage prospects and book demos, along with outreach across other channels (email, social, etc)
Lead Qualification: Identifying and qualifying leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with Camber Health's solution
Relationship Building: Building rapport with prospects and addressing initial objections
CRM Management: Tracking and documenting account and decision-maker details in the CRM
Goal Achievement: Meeting weekly goals for demo bookings and lead generation
Qualification
Required
Sales Passion: Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to drive top-of-funnel growth
Deep Customer Empathy: Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to help pediatric behavioral health owners provide more care to families impacted by a diagnosis
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with prospects
Self-Motivation: Ability to go above and beyond and hustle to achieve goals
Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment
